Purple: The purple project manager is a strategic thinker and visionary. They have a long-term perspective and cancan think ahead to the future. They can see the big picture and understand how the project fits into the broader organization’s goals. Not only that, but they can make difficult decisions and prioritize resources to achieve the project’s objectives. They are often seen as the “big picture” person of the project.
